These Terms of Use ("Terms") establish and regulate the conditions for using the website of LASERCUT, available at lasercut.parts ("Service" or "Website").

- User – any natural or legal person who visits or uses the LASERCUT website.
- Content – all text materials, graphic elements, technical specifications, configuration tools, pricing data, calculations and all other information published on the website.
- Services – services provided by LASERCUT, including but not limited to laser cutting, bending, machining, part manufacturing, price calculations and related operations.
- Contract – a binding agreement between the Operator and the User, formed upon order confirmation.

4.1 Creating an Order

The Operator may reject an order particularly in cases of: incomplete or incorrect documentation, technical infeasibility of the part, capacity limitations, or risky/hazardous materials.
4.2 Contract Binding Nature
A contract is formed only upon written or electronic confirmation of the order by the operator. Information on the website (including prices) is non-binding unless explicitly confirmed.
5. Technical Documentation
- Accuracy of drawings (DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF or other formats)
- Manufacturing tolerances
- Material specification, thickness, quality and surface finish
- Errors arising from incorrect documentation
- Material deformations during cutting
- Dimensional changes caused by thermal processes
- Tensile and residual stresses in the material

6. Prices and Payment Terms
- Payment is made in advance based on a proforma invoice followed by card or bank application payment when placing the order
- Prices are stated without VAT (unless otherwise indicated)
- Unpaid orders are not manufactured

Prices are indicative unless confirmed. The price may depend on drawing complexity, material type, thickness, number of pieces, delivery deadline and required precision.

7.1 Delivery Times
Manufacturing times are estimated and not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect documentation, material suppliers, force majeure or production overload.
7.2 Delivery Method
Delivery may be by courier (DHL, TopTrans), parcel transport, pallet transport or truck transport. Shipping costs are always quoted individually.
8. Claims and Warranty
- Errors caused by incorrect drawing design

- Natural material properties (deformations, stresses)
- Damage caused by User's assembly

A claim must be filed in writing within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, with photo documentation and a description of the defect. Without these requirements, the claim cannot be accepted.

9. Intellectual Property
- All website content (texts, parameters, photographs, software, configurators) is the property of the operator.
- It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute or use trade marks without permission.
- By uploading documentation, the user grants the operator the necessary licence rights for manufacturing purposes.
10. Personal Data Protection
Data processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
The User may request access to data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing.

11. Limitation of Liability
- Indirect damage, lost profits or operational downtime
- Consequential damages caused by defective parts
- Use of the product for purposes that were not declared
