Metal laser cutting services: fiber laser technology
Laser cutting is a thermal metal-separation process in which a focused laser beam melts and vaporises the material exactly along the cut line. A CNC system guides the beam according to your DXF drawing, so every part is dimensionally identical — from prototype to series. Below we explain how laser cutting works, which materials and thicknesses we cut, and the precision we achieve.
How laser cutting works
A fiber laser focuses the beam to a few hundredths of a millimetre; the energy melts the metal and assist gas blows the melt out of the kerf. It is more efficient and faster than a CO₂ laser.
Materials & thicknesses
We cut stainless 304/316, steel S235/S355, galvanised sheet, aluminium 5083/6082, copper and brass — roughly 0.5–25 mm. Mill material comes with certification.
Precision & tolerances ±0.1 mm
On typical parts we hold tolerances down to ±0.1 mm. Edges, holes and contours stay stable for later bending, welding or assembly.
