In-person pickup of materials and parts is available on business days (Mon–Fri) from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Please arrange suitable transport when picking up your order. We do not load private vehicles – the customer is responsible for handling the load themselves.

The customer is responsible for securing the load properly. The customer must provide any additional materials (pallets, blocks, securing elements) independently.
